I have been an independent workplace consultant counrywide for the past six years in an eclectic mix of companies, government departments and industries, I have been educating and mentoring for sixteen years, and have over 50 years personal experience of autism.
The approach is a positive one. I use my knowledge and experience to analyse workplace environments and systems to reduce difficulties and increase productivity. Workplace consultancy and mentoring provide the tools and advice for both employers and employees to develop different perspectives, mutual understandings and effective working practices. Along with this, comes the option of future autism focussed consulting, if and when required.
